Customer must notify Tapia Design within 7 business days of the date of delivery or date of pick up order. Customer must show proof of defects discovered in the printed product. Existing products / orders must be returned to Tapia Design at the customer’s expense within 15 days from the date of delivery or date or pickup.
Tapia Design accepts claims with the following options: order reprint, reimburse the customer for return shipping cost, and ship it back at no cost to the customer. Charges to rush orders are not refundable, orders will be produce at regular production.
Errors that we are not responsible included: Any spelling, grammar, bleed, orientation, alignment, folding mistakes that are approved by the customer.
We are not responsible for damaged fonts, wrong cuts, design not done by Tapia Design. Each order placed through Tapia Design is a contract between the customer making the order and Tapia Design. Customer is responsible for any order
place in Tapia Design.
